Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what ARCK ("we", "us") collects and how we use it. ARCK is a competitive fitness app distributed on Google Play.

What we collect

• Account info — your email and display name when you sign in (via Google, Discord, or email).
• Gameplay data — reps, ranks (Rex), matches, streaks, quests, and cosmetics tied to your account.
• Installation info — your app version, platform, and last-active time, so we can tell you when an update is available.
• Notifications — a device push token if you enable notifications.

Your camera

ARCK uses your camera on your device to count reps with AI during workouts. Camera frames are processed locally and are never uploaded, recorded, or stored by us. We only ever store the resulting rep counts and match results.

Payments

Purchases (ARCK Pro and UP) are processed by Google Play billing. We never see or store your card or payment details. We store a record that a purchase happened (item, amount, time) to grant your entitlement.

Where data is stored

Account and gameplay data is stored securely with our backend provider (Supabase). We use reputable third parties only to run the service: Google Play (payments & distribution), Google / Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), and Discord (only if you choose to link it). These providers process only the minimum data needed to perform their function.

Data retention

We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our active systems. We may retain minimal purchase records where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

What we DON'T do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not show third-party ads.
• We do not upload or keep your camera footage.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account data anytime from Account Management or the app's Settings. To request anything else, contact us via the Support Center.

Children

ARCK is intended for users 13 and older. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact support and we'll remove it.
