Is ARCK on the Google Play Store?

Not yet — ARCK is in beta and distributed as a direct Android download from this site. That's why you allow installation from "this source" once during install. It's normal and safe.

Is it safe to install?

Yes. The APK is the real ARCK app, signed and served from our official release page. There are no ads and no hidden charges, and your camera is used only to count reps.

Does ARCK record my camera?

No. Your camera is used on your device to count reps in real time. Camera frames are not uploaded, recorded, or stored.

How do updates work?

When a new version is out, the app shows an update prompt on launch, and your dashboard shows whether you're up to date. Tap Update ARCK to get the newest version. If your version becomes unsupported, you'll be asked to update before playing online.

How do I cancel ARCK Pro?

Subscriptions are billed through PayPal — manage or cancel anytime from your PayPal account, or contact support. UP credit purchases are one-time and non-refundable.

How do I change my username or delete my account?

Username changes are in the app → Settings. You can delete your account from the app's Settings → Danger Zone, or from Account Management here.

I found a bug — what do I do?

Please email us or message @arck_official with your device model, Android version, and what happened. Screenshots help a lot.
