Terms of Service

By downloading or using ARCK, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. Beta software

ARCK is provided in beta, "as is", without warranties. Features may change or break, and data may occasionally be reset during development.

2. Health & safety

ARCK is a fitness app, not medical advice. Exercise at your own risk and consult a physician before starting any fitness program. Stop if you feel pain or dizziness.

3. Fair play

Reps are AI-verified. Attempting to cheat the rep detection, manipulate matches or ranks, or abuse other players may result in score resets or account suspension.

4. Accounts

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & purchases

• ARCK Pro is a recurring subscription billed via PayPal; it renews until cancelled. Cancel anytime from PayPal or support.
• UP is virtual currency with no real-world cash value, used only inside ARCK. UP purchases are one-time and non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Distribution

ARCK is distributed as a direct download outside the Google Play Store. You're responsible for downloading only from our official site (playarck.com) and release page.

7. Termination

You may delete your account anytime from Account Management. We may terminate or limit access for violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARCK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injuries arising from exercise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as ARCK evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
